Lenovo ThinkBook 15 Review of the Design, Build, and Configuration of This 15.6-inch ThinkPad

The great thing about the ThinkBook line is that it is a link between Lenovo’s ThinkPad and IdeaPad series. This one in particular is an inexperienced entry-level laptop that is a good option for both home users and office users. The Lenovo ThinkBook 15 is essentially designed with productivity in mind, and looks really great with its stylish mineral gray finish and full-size keyboard with number pad. In addition to durability, this 15-inch notebook is built for reliability and usability.

There are intuitive features that allow you to save time and a fingerprint reader that is integrated in the Smart Power Button. There is a quality display lid and chassis, as well as hinges that offer good stability. The keyboard deck area and lid are made from aluminum. In short, the ThinkBook 15 is well-built and nobody will never even realize that it’s such an inexpensive, budget laptop.

One of the most noticeable things about this laptop is its narrow bezels and a 83% or so screen-to-body ratio. The display looks a lot more spacious and has a bright FHD screen with anti-glare technology and a 1920 x 1080 ratio.

To help make things easier for you, the Lenovo ThinkBook 15 has a variety of optional configuration features. For instance, you can order it with a solid state drive and a 10th generation Intel Core processor. Connectivity with other device is easy thanks to USB 3.1 ports, one of which includes an always-on function for recharging your phone or tablet. The USB 2.0 port is actually placed within a compartment that can be used to store a wireless mouse (which is sold separately).
