The new Pavilion x360 can be described as a premium level 2-in-1 laptop with its sleek build and metallic finish. It has an excellent keyboard that’s easy to type on and a good pair of B&O speakers. The 14-inch Full HD multi-touch panel is another appealing feature – especially with the 1920 x 1080 resolution. There are many ways to interact with the HP Pavilion x360 14t-dh200 through touching, gliding, tapping, etc.

The display has IPS technology that allows for wide-viewing angles as well as an energy-efficient WLED backlight. The 1920 x 1080 resolution is ideal, although some cheaper models may have a 1366 x 768 resolution. (HD SVA). There is good color balance, contrast, and brightness with the 1080p panel, making it great for videos and photo editing.

Sound from the B&O speakers is more than adequate for a laptop of this size. Users can also listen via headphones or earbuds thanks to the headphone port. The metallic-looking finish is available in three colors: Natural Silver, Pale Gold, and Cloud Blue, all of which look gorgeous. The HP Pavilion x360 14t-dh200 comes equipped with Intel Core processors / quad-core (i5 or i7) with Intel UHD or Intel Iris Plus graphics. The i5 + Intel UHD graphics option has a starting base speed of 1.0-GHz up to 3.6-GHz with turbo boost and features a 6MB L3 cache. The i7 processor + Intel Iris Plus graphics has a speed of 1.3-GHz – 3.9-GHz with turbo boost and features an 8MB L3 cache.

There is 16GB of memory that comes as 2 x 8GB (DDR4-3200 SDRAM), an outstanding amount for a 2-in-1 of this size and price. There are several solutions for the storage, depending on the exact model, some of which include Intel Optane memory. The highest SSD capacity option is a 512GB PCIe NVMe M.2 Solid State Drive. Some configurations come with a dual drive setup with 256GB M.2 SSD combined with 1TB SATA (5400-RPM).

Another nice feature of the HP Pavilion x360 14t-dh200 is its decent HP TrueVision HD cam with an integrated digital microphone for communication. The Lithium-ion prismatic battery is 3-cell with 41-Wh and has a decent amount of runtime. It also supports a fast charge, meaning that it can recharge around 50% in 45 minutes. There is a 45-W AC power adapter for the power supply.

The HP Pavilion x360 14t-dh200 has a starting weight of 3.5-lbs. It features the right amount of external I/O ports, Precision touchpad support, and a multi-format SD media card reader.
