Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Yoga: Info You Need to Know about the Design, Configuration, Processor, Touchscreen, & More

This “elite” 13.3-inch 2-in-1 convertible offers the best of Lenovo’s ThinkPad AND Yoga technology. It’s intended for business users, but it offers something for just about everyone. The touchscreen is lovely, and the garaged pen allows you to interact smoothly with the applications, write and take notes, draw, etc. The Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Yoga is thin yet has a robust construction and is programmed to help users increase productivity.

It weighs around 2.76 pounds and measures 0.63-inch thick. Despite its compact design, this X13 Yoga model still comes with suitable hardware, IR & 720p HD camera, and several ports, including an optional smart card reader. There are 2 USB 3.2 Generation 1 ports (one always on), USB-C for power delivery, DisplayPort and data transfer, and Thunderbolt 3. Additionally, for an external display, you can use HDMI 1.4.

Users concerned with audio will appreciate the Dolby Audio speaker system and setup. The two speakers are side-facing and put off pretty decent vibes – much better than expected from a typical 2-in-1 business laptop. The dual far-field microphones allow crystal clear video chats or sound recording with the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Yoga.

The Intel Core i5 or i7 processor models come with optional vPro technology and Intel Wi-Fi 6 (AX201) 802.11 AX (2×2) wireless technology, and Bluetooth 5.2.

Speaking of the processor, this ThinkPad can be configured with up to a 10th Gen Intel Core i7 processor (10610U) with 4-cores, 8 Threads, and 8MB cache. With turbo boost, it reaches 4.9-GHz. The base speed is 1.80-GHz. As for the graphics, this is a reasonably priced 2-in-1, so there are no discrete graphics cards. The integrated Intel UHD graphics are still powerful enough for most mainstream activities and business tasks.

Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Yoga Display

The touchscreen display is available with an FHD IPS anti-reflective touchscreen. Depending on the configuration, the display on some models supports 300-nits, 400-nits, or 500-nits. All screens have 1920 x 1080 resolutions and feature an anti-smudge coating. The display with the 500-nits comes with Privacy Guard.

It’s easy to backup and store important files, documents, videos, projects, and anything else in the 1TB fast PCIe SSD. Windows 10 Pro 64 is the OS for the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Yoga recommended for business users. Some models have a 50Wh battery (MM14) that can reportedly last for up to 18.2 hours. The MM18 battery can last for up to 12 hours.
