Lenovo Yoga 6 Overview: The Ryzen 4000 Series Processors, PCIe SSD, Unique Design, Excellent Battery, & More

With AMD Ryzen 4000 processes and PCIe SSD storage, much work (and play) can be accomplished by the Lenovo Yoga 6. Reviews are mostly positive as users find it a very productive laptop with much value for its price. It also has an excellent design that includes a unique fabric cover and a stain-resistant finish.

The 13.3-inch screen is an FHD display that delivers excellent colors and contrast. There is a 360-degree hinge that is engineered to provide stability as the user transitions the machine between laptop and tablet mode. Set it up in the home or office intent or laptop mode, or use it as a tablet. The Abyss Blue color, in particular, looks nice and adds subtle style to the lid.

The battery can last for up to 18 hours on a charge, although it depends on your uses for the Lenovo Yoga 6. The backlit keyboard allows for an effortless typing experience in dim or dark locations. In addition, there is a touchpad with good scroll and multi-touch capabilities.

Not only are the visuals great with the FHD screen, but there is quality audio as well. Get immersive sound with Dolby Atmos optimized stereo speakers. The Yoga 6 puts out surprisingly loud sound for 13.3-inch 2-in-1 speakers, and there is decent bass as well. Enjoy music and videos in private via the headphone jack. Talk with friends, co-workers, and friends with the built-in webcam and dual array microphone.

Lenovo Yoga 6 Privacy Shutter and Processor

Want some privacy? The built-in HD webcam has a shutter that will automatically cover the cam when it is not in use. There is also a fingerprint reader that enhances the overall security even further.

As mentioned above, the Lenovo Yoga 6 comes with AMD Ryzen processors. Depending on the specific model, it can come with Ryzen 5 or Ryzen 7. The Ryzen 7 processor (4700U) is 8-cores, with a base of 2.00-GHz up to 4.10-GHz with Max Boost. There is 8GB of (soldered) DDR4 3200-Mhz memory on every configuration.

As for the PCIe Solid State Drive, it comes in capacities of either 256GB or 512GB. The integrated AMD Radeon graphics run very efficiently on this 13.3-inch machine. Its FHD display, which has a 1920 x 1080 resolution, 300-nits, and IPS technology, is a glossy touchscreen. Lastly, the OS is Windows 10 Home 64.

With its friendly, unique design, productivity, great specs, and long battery life, the Lenovo Yoga 6 is a 2-in-1 that is worth investing in.
